Strawberry Jelly is an outcrop out of Ethiopia’s Sidama region from the Rumudamo washing station in Arbegona. Derived from native landrace varieties, this anaerobic natural keeps sweetness front and center. Here you’re getting the playful, jammier side of the Damo profile that carries bright, fruit-forward indulgence.
In the cup, strawberry jam hits early and fills the palate. The texture reads creamy and rounded, carrying the fruit through a rich, flaked pastry finish.
