All Night DecafRegular price $22.00
You can now enjoy Black Fox all day and all night with our very first decaf drop.
Decaf gets such a bad wrap.
In the past it was common for producers to take their lowest scoring coffees and throw them into a container destined to become decaf. These days, thanks to the hard work of importers and caffeination plants around the world, things are a different.
This particular coffee is kind of "greatest hits" of the Huila region in Colombia. We work with the wonderful people at Shared Source to get our hands on some very small Colombian lots and occasionally they piece together a collection of these coffees and decaffeinate them.
11 producers contributed to this regional blend. All of which grow some of the most unique coffees in Colombia. The coffee is decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process - AKA the natural sugarcane process.
This is a beautifully structured cup with notes of brown sugar, vanilla and malt. We've roasted in a way that should allow easy brewing no matter what method you choose.
Trust us when we say you're in for a good time here.
