Shipping

A few common questions about our shipping policies.

We've partnered with UPS to ensure your coffee is in safe hands and arrives on-time. At check-out you can choose the delivery service that best suits your needs.

We can ship orders to anywhere in the United States.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to countries outside of the US but we're working on it! Sign up to our newsletter to keep up-to-date with Black Fox news.

When selecting your preferred shipping service at checkout you should see an estimated time-frame for when the coffee will be in your hands.

Occassionally there are delays due to weather conditions and public holidays - all of which can vary from state-to-state - but you can find out more about these by checking the UPS website before you order.

If you're desperate to get brewing we recommend choosing UPS Next-Day. It'll cost a little more but at least you can be confident it will arrive in time for your next cup!

Where possible we process orders same-day and have your coffee on the road within 48hrs. Occassionally a weekend or a public holiday might get in the way but if there are any delays forseen we'll reach out and let you know.

In most cases, unfortunately not.

We do our best to make sure you have a wide range of options when looking for a suitable coffee. We also try to be as descriptive as we can to make that choice a little easier. If you find a bag of coffee you purchased through us isn't meeting your expectations, reach out for a chat and we'll direct you to something that you may enjoy a little more.

For damaged bags due to the mishandling of your package during transit, please contact us and we'll try to resolve it as quick as possible. Photos are always helpful!

By buying from Black Fox you can rest easy knowing that your coffee is 100% feel good and purchased via a completely traceable source.
We build strong, personal relationships with our roasting partners whose purchasing practices we trust and respect.
If you have any questions relating to the coffee on our Webstore or the people involved in making it so delicious, feel free to reach out.

We can grind your coffee to suit any brewing method. When adding coffee to your cart you can select from our list of common grind settings. If you don't see your method listed, please leave a comment in the notes section at checkout and we will do our best to find the right grind size for you.

As we are a retailer of roasteries outside of the US the roast dates won't always be the same but you will always receive the freshest roast of the bags we have available. We recommend checking out our Coffee Report updates as we regularly announce when fresh shipments will arrive at Black Fox.

You can subscibe to our newletter at the bottom of every page. We shoot out an email to our mailing list every week with a quick update on the coffee we're currently loving and exciting shipments that are on the way to our store.

The Black Fox Coffee Club

Everything you need to know about our subscription service.

We ship out all of our Coffee Club subscriptions on the first Tuesday of every month.

The card you used to purchase your subscription will be charged at checkout. All future payments will be automatically drawn from your card on file on the Sunday prior to each delivery. Subscriptions placed after the Sunday 11.59pm EDT prior to the upcoming shipping date will miss the cut off and be dispatched with the following shipments.

You can easily adjust or cancel your subscription at any time before the next cut off day. Our cutoff is Sunday 11.59pm EDT prior to the upcoming shipping date. 

All orders for gift subscriptions are final. If you have a specific question about your subscription please reach out to us at coffeeclub@blackfoxcoffee.com and we will do our best to help you.

Our delivery dates are set and cannot be changed however you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

When you gift someone a Coffee Club subscription we email you a little something to send to the lucky recipient. Once the first delivery goes out they are free to reach out to us for any help with their deliveries.

We use UPS Ground Shipping for all Coffee Club deliveries. For some members that live further away from our Brooklyn roastery, deliveries may take up to 5-7 business days. However, most local shipments will arrive in less than 3. We love drinking our coffee after it has rested for at least 7 days so a little bit of wait is not necessarily a bad thing!

When you sign up to become a Black Fox Coffee Club member you will be sent a confirmation email that includes all of the links you need to cancel or pause your subscription if you wish to do so.

You bet! We can grind coffee for any brew method. If you want your coffee ground just choose from one of the options at sign up. If you need us to grind your coffee for something specific, add it into your notes at checkout and we will do our bestto find the right grind for you. If you do choose to have your coffee ground, we recommend you seal the bag tightly after each use and store it in a cool, dark pantry.

When subscribing you will be guided through the process with a few questions relating to how you brew your coffee. This should get the right roast out to you with each delivery. For more information on how we roast, you can reach out to our Coffee Director, Tom at tom@blackfoxcoffee.com

Yes we do! Our app allows you to puchase food and coffee online for in-store pickup. You can download it from the App Store - just search for Black Fox Coffee. You can also order directly from your local Black Fox here.
