Sprinkles comes from Finca Anaya in Huila, produced by Sergio Gomez and developed around a Sidra variety known for yielding really great fermentations. The frosting behind this bean is its processing: yeast-inoculated and anaerobic, this natural doles out both milky creaminess and dashes of bright fruit.
At the palette level, tropicals wash over, followed by a sweet, lactic texture — almost velvety — that gives the profile a luxe, buttery feel. Sweet, lively, expressive: this ever-decadent roast out of DAK is just what the party ordered.
