Bright, elegant, and impossibly clean—Saint Tropez is DAK’s take on an Ethiopian classic, dressed up in florals and kissed with citrus.

This lot comes from local smallholder farmers delivering to the Danche washing station in Chelbesa, a prized microregion within Ethiopia’s celebrated Gedeb zone. Grown at 2,200 meters and processed fully washed, this coffee showcases the remarkable clarity and sweetness that the area is known for.

Expect a lively, fruit-forward cup with radiant citrus, delicate florals, and soft stone fruit. It's syrupy, sweet, and endlessly sippable—an ideal profile for lovers of structured, high-elevation Ethiopian coffees.
