Double Date arrives out of West Java’s Frinsa Estate, by producer Wildan Mustofa. If Indonesian profiles tend to lean earthier (often they do) then this is craftsmanship straight out of the rebel camp. Washed processing and lighter development keeps this roast crisp by building the cup around aromatics and acidity rather than weight.
