Grown in Gedeo’s highlands, this natural-processed lot from Mr. Mengeche Derso embodies the expressive side of Yirgacheffe. At elevations above 2,200 meters, the combination of cool nights and careful drying brings clarity and lift to its fruit and floral spectrum.

Expect jasmine and hibiscus aromatics leading into layers of ripe berry and citrus peel. A tea-like body supports the cup’s gentle sweetness, while brown-sugar tones settle into a clean, resonant finish.
