Vista Hermosa
Regular price $23.00Milk chocolate and nougat dominate the cup with a touch of orange-like, citric acidity.
For those of you that are into nougat dipped in a little chocolate we've got a coffee here that could be right up your alley!
Vista Hermosa is a farm owned by Edwin Martinez in Huehuetenango (fun to say, fun to drink) - a famous growing region in Guatemala.
Coffees from this region are usually more on the floral side. You'll often see farms here with higher altitudes resulting in denser beans and a profile that's a little less "robust" compared to other Guatemalan regions.
This one takes those chocolatey notes we love about Guatemala and shows them in a much more subtle way with undertones of nougat and a soft, creamy mouthfeel. The acidity is bright like a fresh orange. Such a good coffee - yum!
