Plum Marmalade Espresso
Regular price $24.00A sweet, full-bodied espresso with a classic comfort at its core, Plum Marmalade brings together rich familiarity and a touch of fruit-driven flair. It’s smooth and rounded, the kind of cup that feels immediately approachable yet still layered enough to explore.
The coffee comes from the Caballeros family in Marcala, Honduras—producers with decades of experience and an international reputation for quality. Their farm sits at 1,800 meters, where cooler highland conditions help cherries mature slowly and develop balanced sweetness.
This lot is a Catuaí variety, dried naturally to accentuate depth and body. The process builds a denser, almost jam-like character in the cup while retaining clarity and structure. It’s a classic natural from a pioneering producing family.
In the cup, expect a creamy texture with a backbone of milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut. Layered over that richness is a soft stone fruit quality that edges toward plum and a lingering sweetness that ties it all together—like a spoonful of fruit preserves over something warm and toasty.
