All Day

This is our 'signature' blend if you will; All Day.

What makes our blend different is that we don't blend it at the roastery; a common practice to get the most out of more 'one-dimensional' coffees. Instead, we have selected a community lot that was blended in Colombia using color-sorting machines, experienced quality assurance professionals (local to Colombia) and a team of agronomists who work with each contributing producer to maximize their farming practices.

As a roaster, community blends are a great way to support small producers, co-operatives and importers as they allow us to purchase coffee at a volume that may be challenging for a single grower to keep up with. By using the resources provided to us by Caravela back in Colombia, we can confidently forward contract large amounts of coffee because we know the quality will be consistent and free of defects.

We recieve 4 shipments of coffee for the All Day every year; two from Tolima and two from Huila. Freshness is important to us and this is how we achieve it.

Right now we're roasting coffee from the most recent harvest in the southern region of Huila.

'Andino' is a community lot from a group of producers that live around the small town of Bruselas. This coffee gives us big, bright, juicy red apple and ripe red fruit but what makes this perfect for the All Day is its lingering panela and filling body.

All Day is great to brew any way you want. We use it as Espresso in our shops but brew it as drip at home. It's great black but with the addition of milk you will experience sweet chocolate and some maltiness. This is a coffee for you and all your loved ones.
