Reinaldo Chilito

Reinaldo Chilito is a washed Pink Bourbon from El Paraíso in San Agustín, Huila, offering an expressive profile that balances ripe fruit with remarkable clarity. Jammy mango and stone fruit lead the cup, followed by orange blossom and a candy-like sweetness that lingers through a clean, elegant finish.

After planting Pink Bourbon in 2016, Reinaldo gradually shifted his focus toward specialty coffee, eventually producing traceable microlots through the Monkaaba project. That careful progression has helped establish El Paraíso as a source of coffees that showcase both the distinctive character of Pink Bourbon and Reinaldo's meticulous approach to cultivation.

After harvest, the cherries undergo a two-stage fermentation before being washed and slowly dried, preserving the variety's vivid fruit and floral character. The process brings depth and sweetness without sacrificing clarity, resulting in a cup that feels ripe and generous while remaining polished from the first sip to the last.
