From the volcanic slopes of Usulután in El Salvador, Los Pirineos Espresso is a classic Bourbon that brings richness, balance, and comfort in the cup. It’s the kind of coffee that feels full and satisfying while still carrying distinct character.

Produced by Diego Baraona at his family’s Los Pirineos farm, this Bourbon Elite variety is grown at 1,400–1,600 meters and processed as a washed lot. Generations of stewardship and meticulous post-harvest handling give this coffee its hallmark consistency and structure.

In the cup, you’ll find cherry brightness set against a backdrop of milk chocolate and caramel. A nutty finish and creamy body round things out, making for an espresso that’s both approachable and deeply satisfying.
