Liquid Doughnut

A little funky, a little creamy—Liquid Doughnut is a playful anaerobic natural from Uganda with a sweet side and a bit of edge.

This lot comes from smallholders in the Bulambuli region, where SL14 and SL28 varieties are grown between 1,800–2,300 meters. It’s been processed anaerobically, which brings a more intense and slightly fermented character to the cup.

Early cups are tasting sweet and fruity, with a creamy body and something savory underneath. There’s a lot going on here—could be a fun one for adventurous coffee drinkers or anyone looking for something different.
