At Las Flores, cherries move through carefully timed fermentation and drying phases that guide how flavor unfolds. The process builds intensity and fragrance while maintaining articulation, allowing individual elements to remain distinct and legible as the cup opens.

In the cup, jasmine and guava lead, followed by blackcurrant and a bright, candied sweetness that gives the coffee its unmistakable presence.
