Hailing from Colombia’s Risaralda region, this intoxicating seasonal is a nod to the classic Italian holiday cake: a honey-processed, co-fermented Caturra, compliments of DAK and Finca Milan.
Having been literally sealed and steeped with orange-spice infusions, you’ll find heightened aromatics and a gentle, buttery depth layered to taste. Citrus oils lift the profile early, supported by a rich, pastry-like texture underneath. It all resolves with a clean, orange-tinged finish—bright, energetic, and warming.
