Clean peach sweetness, soft florals, and a calm, panela-toned finish.
/

Cropped in the higher elevations of Peru’s Jaén province, Las Etiópes shows the wider dimensions of a well-made gesha, where you’re getting clarity and precision that one might not find in other fruit-forward profiles. A carefully managed anaerobic washed process keeps this coffee easy and clean, allowing the natural sweetness and aromatics to shine through.

In the cup, ripe stone fruit leans toward peach, pairing with floral aromatics over a fine-grained acidity. Mellow panela sugar comes in mid-palate and extends into the finish. Well-structured and sweet, it’s the kind of sipper you’ll be glad to have for yourself and others across the holidays.
