Super floral, tea-like and full of sweet citrus. Yirgacheffe at its best!

For many professional baristas, spotting the name Worka will instantly trigger fond memories of intoxicating florals and undeniable sweetness, so it usually doesn't take long before they're reading the back of the bag in search of more information.

This coffee, now named after the owner and operator of the washing station, Hebtamu Aga Fekadu, is the bag previously labeled as "Worka".

From Coffee Collective:

"Aga is a washed process coffee with a slightly extended fermentation period, which contributes to its transparently fruity flavour profile.
The process begins with the careful depulping of the cherries, followed by 72 hours in soaking tanks. This extended soaking period is possible due to the smaller production scale, allowing the cherries to soak longer and enhance the coffee’s sweetness without compromising its exceptional clean profile."

True to form, Coffee Collective has kept this roast light and bright. The texture is elegant, the acidity is lively and the florals just keep on coming. It's fruity like a peach and sweet like candy. We love Worka coffees.
