Zahra Bani Murra

From the remote highlands of Yemen’s Haraz region, Zahra Bani Murra represents one of the country’s most distinctive terroirs. Produced by local smallholder farmers at an altitude of 2,350 masl, this Jaadi variety is naturally processed to amplify its intensity and complexity.

The combination of high elevation, heirloom genetics, and traditional drying methods produces a syrupy, deeply aromatic cup. Spiced aromatics lead the way, followed by tropical sweetness and dark chocolate depth, all brightened by a clean citrus acidity and a tart touch of gooseberry.

It’s a bold and expressive coffee—layered, aromatic, and unmistakably Yemeni.
