Halo

Halo is right at the top of the list when we think about Ethiopian coffees. Like most of Coffee Collective's offerings, the Halo is a regular fixture on their menu and every year it reminds us of why we love the Gedeb region so much.

The halo mill is owned by the coffee producing and exporting company, METAD. Adam Adinew and his two brothers run the company and they are responsible for employing 28 permanent staff and 700 seasonal staff, 70% or more of which are women.

This is a wonderfully tea-like coffee with an elegant cup profile. Expect refined acidity, delicate peach notes and intoxicating florals.
