Onibus Blend

We don't know much about the specifics of this blend (Onibus keep that one a bit of a chefs secret) but we do know the processing and origin of the three components.

This name-sake blend is made up of a washed Guatemalan, a Pulped-Natural Brazilian and a Natural Ethiopian lot.

What we know from experience:

Washed coffees are clean and crisp. Guatemalans generally taste like dark chocolate and fresh apple.

Pulped Natural coffees show a little more body and can be quite creamy inter texture. Brazil is known for coffee that taste like milk chocolate and roasted nuts.

Natural coffees will show obvious fruitiness - commonly referred to as tropical in nature. Ethiopia is the home of big berry-like cups with sweet citrus notes.

Now use your imagination here...yeah, this will be delicious.
