This is your Prolog option if you're brewing Espresso (or French Press)!
It's from Mexico but more importantly it's from Oaxaca, where coffee gets fun and we are really starting to see the potential with plenty of floral cup profiles and lively apple notes.
Sierra Mazateca is a remote area and mountain range in Oaxaca where the indigenous community who are known as 'Mezatec' have grown this coffee.
It's full of natural sweetness with a lot of milk chocolate, crisp red apple and lingering notes of malt.
