Haru
Regular price $27.00A clean, floral Yirgacheffe roasted in Edinburgh. Blackberry, Vanilla and Apricot.
Yirgacheffe is famous for a reason. Big floral coffees with fruit-dominant profiles and candy-like sweetness. Most coffees that we see come out of Ethiopia are named after the washing station where the cherry was processed, as is the case with this one.
The Hafursa Haru washing station is situated near Yirgacheffe town, featuring 12 fermentation tanks and over 169 drying beds. These facilities ensure a swift turnaround while maintaining precise traceability of the coffees.
Obadiah roast their coffees soft and even. Expect the qualities of a light roast but with softened acidity and delicate florals. This coffee tastes of blackberry, vanilla and apricot.
